Directions: Leave the A19 just north of the Northallerton turnoff, signposted Thimbleby. Follow this road for approximately half a mile when the road turns 90 degrees to the left, just before the first Thimbleby village house. At the end of this bend, you will see two tracks on your right hand side. Take the track on the right which leads you through a wood to the Shooting Ground Lodge
